Finally bought my fit home at Sai Aishwarya Homes. The 2 BHK size around 1025 sq.ft felt just right for starting out. Habulus BuildeAnd Developehave kept the price within my budget, closing around 41 Lakh. It's ready to move in which is a big relief. The location in Bommasandra, Electronic City Phase 2 is quite convenient for my commute. I checked out the gym and the party hall, they look good. Power backup is also a plus. I am a bit worried about the dust from the nearby construction, but hopefully that settles down soon. Overall, happy with the decision.

The built-up area for the 3 BHK is between 1325 sq.ft and 1360 sq.ft, which is plenty of space for us and future family plans. We got it for about 52 Lakh. Being close to the highway is great for weekend getaways. The Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The construction looks solid, and the amenities like 24x7 security and rainwater harvesting are important for us. We did find the parking area a bit congested when we visited.
