We chose a slightly larger one around 1075 square feet for about 36.55 Lakhs. The ready-to-move status was perfect for us, as we didn't want to wait after our rental lease ended. The location in Bommasandra is quite accessible, with the Navya Badavane Bus Stop just a 10-minute walk away, making commutes easier. The 24x7 water supply is a relief compared to our previous place. We are still exploring the neighborhood, but it feels like a good upgrade.

My main concern is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the convenience of being so close to work outweighs this minor issue for me. The 24x7 water supply is also a plus.
