As teache, we were tired of paying rent and wanted our own home. Sai Aaradhana by Siva Bangalore offered 2 BHK flats in the size range of 940 to 1075 square feet, which gave us options. We chose a slightly larger one around 1075 square feet for about 36.55 Lakhs. The ready-to-move status was perfect for us, as we didn't want to wait after our rental lease ended. The location in Bommasandra is quite accessible, with the Navya Badavane Bus Stop just a 10-minute walk away, making commutes easier. The 24x7 water supply is a relief compared to our previous place. We are still exploring the neighborhood, but it feels like a good upgrade.

However, the parking situation seems a bit tight; I worry about finding space for my car when I visit friends there. It’s a decent project for someone starting out.

Being ready to move in was a major deciding factor for us, and thankfully, the completion was in January 2023. The price was within our budget at about 32 Lakhs. The proximity to SFS Academy is excellent as my daughter is starting school there. Power backup is a good feature to have. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that's typical for Bommasandra. Overall, it's a decent place for a growing family.

It's only an 8-minute drive to the hospital. I bought a 2 BHK flat of about 1050 square feet for approximately 35 Lakhs. The ready-to-move aspect was crucial, and it was completed in January 2023. The apartment offegood natural light and ventilation. Power backup is a must for my professional, and it's included. My main concern is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the convenience of being so close to work outweighs this minor issue for me. The 24x7 water supply is also a plus.
