We chose Sai 7 Villa in Lonavala because of its proximity to Don Bosco High School and Junior College, which is just a nearby walk. This makes the morning routine so much easier. The villa is ready to move, and the kids love the open spaces. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the internal roads and footpaths provided by Sai DevelopeParavadi. Having the Maharashtra State Transport Bus Stand nearby is also helpful for occasional travel. The only drawback we noticed is that the open parking area can get a bit crowded during peak visiting hou, but it's manageable.

It is ready to move and I could shift in immediately after completion in July 2024. Sai DevelopeParavadi has included good amenities like closed car parking and electrification with a transformer, ensuring basic needs are met. It is also conveniently located near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, nearby, which is useful for my commute. The hospital, Sanjeevani Medical Foundation, is also reachable within nearby. The area is generally quiet, but sometimes the roads can get a bit dusty during dry spells.

I was looking for a quiet place to spend my retired life and Sai 7 Villa in Tungarli, Lonavala seemed like a good option. It is ready to move, which was a big factor for me. The 24x7 water supply and internal roads were well-constructed. Being close to Don Bosco High School and Junior College, nearby, is convenient if any of my grandchildren visit. The developer, Sai DevelopeParavadi, also included solar energy as part of the electrification, which is a thoughtful touch. The only slight concern is the Mumbai-Chennai highway being also nearby, sometimes there can be traffic noise, but it is not too bad.

I purchased Sai 7 Villa in Lonavala for my parents. The location is quite peaceful which is what they wanted. It's good that it's ready to move, so they can settle in soon. The developer, Sai DevelopeParavadi, seems to have good infrastructure plans with storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant. Connectivity is also decent, with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway nearby. My parents can easily visit us or go for checkups at Sanjeevani Medical Foundation which is nearby. The only thing I worried about was the internal roads being dusty initially, but hopefully that's sorted now.
