We moved into Ronch Viveza about six months ago after retiring. The location in Lonavala, Valvan is quite peaceful, which is what we wanted. Having the gymnasium and the landscaping is nice for daily walks. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are very reliable, which is important. It was ready to move in by December 2019, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The garbage disposal system is also quite efficient. My only small issue is that the community building could use a bit more seating.

Relocating for work, I chose Ronch Viveza for its closeness to Sanjeevani Medical Foundation in Lonavala. It’s about a 10-minute drive. The amenities like the children's play area and recreation facilities are good for families. The project offeclosed car parking which is a relief. It was ready to move in and the construction quality appeasolid. The only drawback is the traffic can get a bit heavy on weekends trying to get to the main expressway, especially during peak season. But overall, the peaceful environment and essential facilities make it a good choice.
