The inclusion of fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure adds to the perceived quality. The proximity to SP Ring Road is a good connectivity point. My only concern is the lack of readily available completion or OC details, which makes assessing the legal status slightly tricky for an investor.

The location near SP Ring Road in Ahmedabad is convenient for my commute to the IT park. The high-speed elevatoare a nice touch.
