We chose Sahasra Serenity primarily because of its proximity to PNC School, which is right opposite. This makes the morning school run so much easier. Our 3 BHK flat is around 1300 square feet, providing enough space for our children. The swimming pool and the children's play area are big hits with the kids. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location in Kumbena Agrahara is developing nicely. The only slight concern is the traffic on Belathur Main Road during peak hou, but it’s manageable. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

We are excited to move into our new 3 BHK at Sahasra Serenity. We needed more space than our rental, and the 1400 square feet unit we chose gives us that comfort. The three-storey clubhouse with its pool and party hall is something we are really looking forward to using. The price, around 85 Lakh, was a stretch but manageable with our combined incomes. The location in Kumbena Agrahara is quite convenient, and we appreciate the gymnasium and the 24x7 water supply. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's typical for developing areas. The children's play area is a nice bonus.
