The connectivity to the New Guntur Railway Station is a major advantage for frequent travelelike me. Sahara Constructions has done a good job with the basic infrastructure, including power backup and well-planned internal roads. The size of 850 square feet is perfectly sized for a small family or as a rental unit. I did notice that the traffic on the Guntur-Tenali road can be heavy, but that is the price you pay for living in a prime location like Gandhi Nagar. Everything is well-maintained so far, and the security presence gives me peace of mind for my family.
