Being an IT couple, we prioritize connectivity and this project is near the Guntur Inner Ring Road which is a huge advantage for us. We are considering the 3 BHK units that have a built up area ranging from 1090 square feet to 1141 square feet. Sri Hari Hara Mahadeva Constructions has kept the design quite practical. The lift facility and solid waste management are basic requirements that they have clearly planned for. Our only slight worry is that the area is developing rapidly and we hope the infrastructure around Gandhi Nagar keeps pace with the construction. Other than that, the project looks solid and we are leaning towards finalizing our purchase soon.
