It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The price starting at 41.5 Lakhs was in our initial budget range. The location near Gorwa Refinery Road is developing, and having Sterling Hospitals and Cygnus school so close is very convenient. Sai Developer seems to have completed the project well. We liked the cycling and jogging track amenity. The main road access is okay, but the final stretch to the property can be a bit bumpy.

It's conveniently located near Gorwa Refinery Road, and Sterling Hospitals is nearby, which is fantastic for quick medical needs. Cygnus school is also right there. However, the road leading to the property can get quite dusty, especially during dry weather, and the traffic on Gorwa Refinery Road during peak houis a bit much. The price point of 41.5 Lakhs onwards was acceptable for the size and type of property. My only concern is the lack of an available OC, which I hope doesn't become an issue later for them. The landscaping looks pleasant.
