We bought our home at Saffron West Urbana because it's very close to S S Divine School, which was a major factor for us. The 1305 square foot 2 BHK is comfortable for our small family. The Vastu compliant design was also something my wife insisted on. The project by Saffron Creation is well-maintained with good landscaping and a children's play area. We appreciate the 24/7 security and the provision for power backup, which is essential. It's a quiet neighbourhood overall, though sometimes the construction dust from nearby sites can be an issue. The price was manageable, around 62 Lakhs for our unit. It’s a good place for children to grow up.
