It is ready to move and the completion date was July 2024, so we were confident it would be ready soon. We liked that Annai Violet International School is a short distance, which might be useful later. The price range of 69.3 Lakh to 72.9 Lakh was manageable for us after our home loan approval. The only thing is the OC is not available yet, which is a bit of a concern, but Safe Space Ventures assured us it is in process. We liked the general feel of the project.
