We chose this project primarily because of its proximity to Don Bosco High School and Junior College, which is just a 4-minute drive away. Sanjeevani Medical Foundation hospital is also nearby in Lonavala, providing essential healthcare access. The availability of a swimming pool is a big hit with the kids during weekends. The villas are ready to move, making our transition much smoother. The price was within our expected range, around 1.1 Crore for our unit.
