We bought a 3 BHK villa here because it’s close to Don Bosco High School, which is only a 9-minute drive away. The 2100 square feet built-up area gives us plenty of space for our two kids. Having a swimming pool is a big hit with them, and the 24x7 security provides peace of mind. It’s a ready-to-move property, so we shifted in shortly after purchasing. The Lonavala ST Stand is also nearby, which is useful for guests. One thing we’ve found is that the roads leading directly to the project can be a bit dusty, especially during dry weather, which isn’t ideal with young children. Overall, it's a good living space.

We were looking for a quiet getaway after retiring and Safal Nature County in Lonavala seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK villa is quite spacious at 2100 square feet, which is enough for our grandchildren when they visit. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to have for relaxation. The location near the old Pune-Mumbai highway is convenient for occasional trips back to the city. However, I have noticed the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes, especially during peak houon the highway. Also, getting the OC certificate information from Safal Buildewas a bit unclear, which is a minor concern for us.
