This is my fit property purchase, a 1 RK in Sada Anand Nagar. I found the 217 sq.ft. Carpet area to be quite small, and I am a bit worried about fitting everything. However, the location in Mangalwar Peth, Pune, is very central, and it's close to the metro station, which is great. Sada Anand Developehas provided essential amenities like landscaping and tree planting. The project is ready to move, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. I am still evaluating the overall value for money given the size of the unit and the ongoing development around the area.
