I picked a 2 BHK at Vardhaman Sai Vidhi, which has a carpet area of 525 square feet. It's a ready to move property in Kasba Peth, which is a central Pune locality. The location is quite good, with the Civil Court Metro Station being nearby, making commuting easier. Vardhaman Associates included recreation facilities which is a nice touch. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. My only issue is the traffic in Kasba Peth during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. The parking options are also a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, it meets my needs.
