We were looking for a peaceful retirement home in North Goa. Sabh Casa Bonita in Verla appealed to us due to its serene environment and the private oasis concept with individual swimming pools. The 3 BHK villa has a generous 2199 Sq.ft Super Builtup Area. The semi-furnished interiowith modular kitchens and wardrobes mean less work for us. The proximity to Mapusa (3.75 Km) is good for daily needs. While the price of 4.5 Crore onwards is substantial, the quality of life and the amenities are attractive. We are a bit concerned about the August 2027 completion date; we hoped for something sooner, but the wait is manageable for the right property.

We saw Sabh Casa Bonita last month and really liked the idea of a private pool with each villa. Having a place right in North Goa, close to Vagator at nearby, is perfect for weekend getaways. The 2199 Sq.ft area for a 3 BHK villa feels quite spacious. The designer interiowith modular kitchens and wardrobes are a big plus for us, as we don't want too much hassle after moving in. The price point starting at 4.5 Crore seems reasonable for Goa. The construction is under progress, expected to finish by August 2027, which gives us enough time to plan our move. Finding a home with good schools nearby was my top priority, and Sabh Casa Bonita is close to Sacred Heart High School, which is fantastic. It's also close to Vision Hospital Goa, also nearby. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is the ongoing construction until August 2027; there is some dust on the approach road currently, but hopefully, that will improve.
