    I was looking for a ready to move property in Goa and VM Palmar Grande fit the bill. The 2 BHK flats are spacious at 1163 square feet super builtup. My main concern was the budget, and these flats start at 64.84 Lakh onwards which is quite reasonable for North Goa. The construction was completed in 2014, so it's an older project but feels solid. I liked the strategic location, close to amenities and beaches. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. Traffic on Anjuna Beach Road can get a bit heavy during peak season, but that's expected in Goa. Overall a decent option for the price.
