From an investment pepective, the Mahalunge location in Pune is developing, and proximity to a proposed metro station is a positive indicator. The amenities like the club house and amphitheater are standard for this segment. The Saarrthi Group has a track record, which gave me confidence. The main drawback I've observed is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of for potential buyelooking at the overall value proposition.

The project is ready for possession, which was convenient. The skating rink and swimming pool are great attractions for our children. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. However, the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be quite noticeable at times, and the approach road to the project isn't the widest. Despite these minor issues, the overall environment and the available facilities like the gymnasium make it a good choice for families.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Saarrthi Skybay III I. The carpet area is around 536 sq.ft, which is comfortable for us. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is decent, close enough to Hinjewadi where I work. The proposed metro is a good sign for future connectivity. We liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The only downside is the traffic getting out onto the main road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, the Saarrthi Group seems to have delivered a good product.
