This project in Watganj caught our eye mainly because of its location. It's surprisingly close to National Highway 117 and Mushi Ganj Road, making commutes easier. We are considering a 2 BHK, and the carpet area of 417 square feet is decent for a couple starting out. Rishav Shaw has a completion date set for June 2025, which gives us some breathing room. The Khidirpur Railway Station being nearby is a huge plus for weekend getaways. My partner likes the idea of living near South End Park. One thing that botheme slightly is the potential noise from the nearby hospital and school, but we think it’s a small price to pay for such a central location.

We are looking for a home near St. Lawrence High School for our children. S S Vaayu seemed like a good option because it is practically nearby. The 2 BHK flats are around 417 to 434 square feet carpet area, which seems manageable for a start. Being under construction until June 2025 means we have time to plan. My only worry is the traffic on Gariahat Road, especially during peak houwhen we need to drop the kids. We visited the site and it is still quite dusty. Hopefully, Rishav Shaw will manage the construction dust better in the coming months. The proximity to BM Birla Heart Hospital is also reassuring for any emergency.
