This is my fit property purchase, and S S Mirage caught my eye. I decided on a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 633 square feet. The location in Khidirpur, near Fancy Market, felt accessible. Prime Builds is the developer, and they have a project here under construction, expected to finish by January 2029. I liked that Don Bosco School is also very close by, which is a plus for the future. The carpet area feels adequate for a growing family. I haven't seen the amenities yet as it's still being built. The main road access is good, being right on Karl Marx Sarani.
