We are so happy to move into our own home at S R Venus Height 2 after yeaof living in rentals. The transition was quick because the property is ready to move. Having the Haria L G Rotary Hospital just 2.1 kilometeaway gives us a lot of peace of mind. S R Devlopehas provided all the promised amenities like the lift and security systems which are working perfectly. We really like the neighborhood in Chala as it is quiet and feels much better than where we lived before. The building is easy to access from the main road. The only downside is that visitor parking space is limited, so guests have to park outside sometimes. Overall, it is a very good upgrade for us and we are satisfied with the purchase.

Being close to the main Swaminarayan Gurukul Road is definitely a benefit for long term value. The construction is already ready to move which saved me the headache of waiting for possession. S R Devlopehas managed the project well enough. I visited the site last week and the security measures like the 24x7 CCTV surveillance are already operational. It is not the most premium project in Vapi but it serves the purpose for rental income. I just hope the approach road gets a bit better maintained by the local authorities in the coming months. Overall a decent choice if you want something that is immediately available.
