This is my fit property purchase, and I chose S R I Marvel for my debut. I am buying a 2 BHK flat, which comes with a built-up area starting at 1230 square feet. The developer, S R I Infra, offegood value, with prices starting around 64 Lakhs. I appreciated the inclusion of features like anti-skid bathroom tiles and solar fencing security, which add to the safety and comfort. The location in Bandlaguda Jagir is developing nicely, and it's good that it’s not too far from major expressways. My main concern is the lack of immediate OC receipt, but the December 2026 completion date gives them time. I am optimistic about this investment.
