The accessibility is fantastic, with the metro station nearby and major hospitals and schools within a short distance. I looked at the larger 3 BHK configuration, around 2102 square feet carpet area, which offeample living space. S R Kulkarni Realtoseem to have put good thought into the amenities, especially the fire safety measures and water conservation systems. While the construction is ready to move, the surrounding area can get a bit noisy due to traffic, which is something to get used to. However, the convenience and the quality of the apartment itself outweigh this minor issue for me.
