The developer, S P Associates Amravati, is constructing it in Rahatgaon. We checked the amenities, and they seem adequate, including Storm Water Drains and an Electrical Meter Room. The completion date is set for June 2026. A minor point is that the access road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit rough currently.
