It’s very close to the Power House and the Hanuman Temple Bus Stop, which is just a two-minute walk – super convenient for daily commutes. I work in the city and this connectivity is important. Shree Siyaram Buildeis the developer, and they seem to have a decent track record. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but a bit annoying. Also, I hope the parking situation is sorted well before possession. The completion is expected by March 2027.
