We are looking to move out of our rented place and found S M Sakina Elegance appealing. The 3 BHK flats offer a generous 1216 square feet of carpet area, which will be a significant upgrade for us. We are particularly happy that Pragati School is nearby, making school runs much easier. The project is under construction and is expected to be ready by December 2028. One thing we noticed is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome.
