Having a swimming pool and gymnasium within the complex is convenient for my age. It's ready to move, which means no construction hassles. The location is accessible, with Mysore road nearby. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. My only minor concern is the distance to the metro station, Pattanagere Metro Station is nearby, which might be a bit far for daily commute if needed.
