Location is good, close to Lokmanya Hospital, literally a 2-minute drive. Also near Elpro International School, which is a short distance. The project was completed in July 2021. The price was around 64 Lakhs onwards, which felt a bit high for the area, but given it's ready to move, we went ahead. The amenities like landscaping and tree planting are well done. Storm water drains are also in place, which is important for Pune's monsoons. Overall, it's a convenient place for daily life.
