I recently purchased a plot in S Brundavanam. I chose a 147 square yard plot. Being ready to move was a major factor for me. I liked that it has proper landscaping and tree planting done, making it feel pleasant. The price was within my budget, around 19.1 Lakh. It's good that there's power backup available for common areas. The only drawback is that it's quite far from the main city areas, close to the airport. Getting to my office in Gachibowli everyday will be a challenge, I’ll need to figure out transportation. The developer S Square S Infracon has given basic facilities.

We bought two plots in S Brundavanam. One is 147 square yards and the other is 443 square yards. It's ready to move which was a big plus for us. The location in Ranga Reddy, Shadnagar is developing well. S Square S Infracon seems to be developing the area with internal roads and street lighting which is good. The price range was manageable for our budget. My only concern is the dust on the internal roads currently, but I expect that to settle once construction is complete. The proximity to Shadnagar Bus Station, nearby, is very convenient for any staff or deliveries.

The Shadnagar Bus Station is very close, nearby, making it easy for them to travel. The airport is nearby.

The main road access could be a bit better; the approach road is narrow for about 200 mete, which might be an issue for some. But for the price, it looks like a solid bet.
