    We visited S And S Hill Spring Enclave 2 last weekend. The location in Tungarli, Lonavala is quite nice, very green. It's close to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway which is good for my commute. They have 24x7 water supply which is a must. The construction is ongoing and expected to finish by June 2027. We are considering a 2 BHK here. The internal roads look decent and they are planning good landscaping. The only thing is that parking seems a bit limited, which might be an issue if we have guests often. Overall, it looks like a promising project for us.
