I opted for a 3 BHK villa of 1747 square feet, which is a good size for me and potential guests. The price was around 2.56 Cr. My only reservation is the traffic on the way to Gachibowli during peak hou; it can get quite congested. But the developer, R. V. My only concern is the price, starting from 2.56 Cr, it was a stretch for my budget. Also, I noticed quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. Overall, it feels like a solid choice for a fit home.
