    I was looking for a prudent investment and RV Etania seemed like a good option in West Hyderabad. The prices are quite reasonable, with 2 BHKs around 27.5 Lakhs and 3 BHKs touching 37.5 Lakhs. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 1100 square feet, which is quite spacious. It's also ready to move, which is a big plus. I visited the site, and the construction quality looks solid. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the overall look. My only concern is that the OC status isn't available yet, which is something to consider for official purposes. But for a rental yield pepective, Puppalaguda is a developing area.
