We moved into Runal Gateway about six months ago. The 2 BHK apartment we got has a carpet area of 650 Sq.ft, which is enough space for us. My partner works in Hinjewadi and the commute is about 30 minutes via the Mumbai Pune Expressway, which is quite convenient. The complex has a good swimming pool and a gym, which we use regularly. The only issue is that sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak in our bedroom, which can be frustrating when streaming. Overall, the location in Pimpri Chinchwad is developing nicely and we are happy with the amenities offered by Runal Developer.

We were looking for a spacious home and ended up buying a 3 BHK apartment in Runal Gateway. The carpet area is around 1300 Sq.ft, which gives our kids plenty of room to play. The complex has a dedicated kids' pool and a good play area. S. B. Patil Public School is right next door, which is a huge relief for us. The commute to our offices is manageable, though traffic on the Aundh-Ravet road can get heavy during peak houWe also appreciate the 24x7 security and the intercom system. The club house is also well-maintained. Runal Developer has provided good facilities for families here.

This is my fit property purchase and I chose Runal Gateway in Ravet. I bought a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area around 600 Sq.ft. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a ready-to-move-in property. The construction looks solid and the interior finishing is decent. Runal Developer seems to have a good track record. Getting a loan was also straightforward. The main concern for me is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, it gets everywhere. I hope that settles down soon. The proximity to S. B. Patil Public School is a definite plus for future planning.

However, the surrounding area still has a lot of undeveloped land, which means dust and noise during certain times. Runal Developer's project offedecent value, but the immediate surroundings are not yet fully developed.
