As a single working woman, I wanted a place that was secure and had good basic infrastructure. Rugveda 1 offeresidential plots in Jamtha, Banwadi, Nagpur, and it is ready to move in. The developer, Shalini N Choudhary, seems to have focused on essential amenities like electrical meter rooms and internal roads. The location's proximity to the Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway VII, nearby, is convenient for commuting. However, I find the Khapri Metro Station a bit far at over 7 kilomete, which might be an issue sometimes. The plot sizes are decent, starting from 969 Sq.ft, but I do wish the pricing was more transparent.

The project by Shalini N Choudhary in Jamtha, Banwadi, Nagpur is ready to move in, which meant we could start planning our construction immediately. The area offeplots starting from 969 Sq.ft and going up to a massive 26823 Sq.ft. The developer has included essential amenities like water conservation systems and rain water harvesting, which are important. While the location is decent, we found the access road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and unpaved for about 200 mete, making it slightly inconvenient, especially after rain. Still, the overall value and ready possession are attractive.

The location in Jamtha, Banwadi, Nagpur is quite good, with Montfort School Nagpur a short distance, which we think will be useful down the line. The proximity to the Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway VII is also a plus for our commutes. One minor issue we've noticed is that the surrounding area can get quite dusty, especially on windy days. We are hoping this improves as the development progresses and more green cover is established.

However, the dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots can be a bit botheome at times, and we hope that improves once more people move in. We are considering the 969 Sq.ft plot size for now.
