We recently moved into our apartment at Urich Hibiscus Garden. Being ready to move was the main reason we chose this project. The location is quite convenient, with Montfort School Nagpur a short distance, which is great as we plan to start a family soon. We also appreciate the yoga and meditation area provided by Urich Grace Infrastructure. The 24x7 water supply and street lighting are reliable. However, we did find the rooms to be a bit smaller than we initially expected from the floor plan. Also, the nearby distance to Khapri Metro Station means we rely more on our vehicle for commuting. Despite these points, the overall ambiance and the green spaces are quite appealing.

I was looking for a property that was ready for possession and Urich Hibiscus Garden fit the bill. It's located in Jamtha, which is developing nicely. The access to the Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway VII, nearby, is good for travel. The project by Urich Grace Infrastructure has decent infrastructure, including internal roads and footpaths, and effective storm water drains. The recreation facilities are a nice bonus. My only minor issue is that the Khapri Metro Station is a bit further than I expected, nearby, which can make daily commuting a little longer for some.
