The price range of 34.99 Lakhs to 46.99 Lakhs for the apartments is quite competitive in Vadodara. We liked the modern amenities promised, especially the swimming pool and the indoor games facility for weekend relaxation. The location in New Sama is accessible, and it's good that it's a gated community with 24/7 security. The construction is ongoing, with an expected completion date of May 2023. We are a bit worried about the parking situation as we have two ca, but hopefully, it's managed well by Rudransh Group. The earthquake-resistant structure is a plus.
