It's a ready-to-move project by Ruby Constructions, completed in 2014. The location in Andul Mauri is developing, and it's good that Shalimar Railway Station is nearby. I also liked that there is 24x7 water supply and a power backup system. The only drawback I've observed is that the lift can sometimes be a little slow, but it's not a major issue. The surrounding area has good potential for appreciation, making it a sound fit investment.

The price was around 24 Lakh, which was acceptable for the space. Having Narayana Hospital nearby is a huge relief for us. The swimming pool and children's play area were big factofor us, and the kids love them. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. The only issue we've noticed is that the dust from the nearby construction can be a bit much sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. The project was completed in 2014 by Ruby Constructions.
