The proximity to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (9km) and the Outer Ring Road are key advantages for future tenants. Rubrick Constructions Pvt Ltd is the developer, and I am keeping an eye on the construction progress. The amenities like the cycling track and sports facilities are good additions. While the OC is not yet available, I am confident in the project’s long-term prospects.
