The project's status as ready to move is a significant advantage, reducing waiting time and associated carrying costs. Iconic Infra Group has integrated stormwater drains and water storage, which are practical necessities. The proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (9 km) is also a strategic plus. My only minor reservation is the current traffic on the Srisailam Highway during peak hou, which can be a bit slow.
