The fact that it was ready to move in January 2014 meant we didn't have to wait. The location near Ram Krishna Mission is serene. We liked the rainwater harvesting system and the general upkeep of the common areas. The cycling and jogging track is a nice facility for staying active. However, parking can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle, which is something to consider.
