Having 45 premium retail spaces at the dootep is a significant advantage for convenience and potential future appreciation. I am looking at the 3 BHK configuration, which is 857 square feet built up. The project by Royal Developeseems to have a lot of lifestyle features – over 100 are mentioned, including a swimming pool and indoor games. The price is around 73.8 Lakhs for the 3 BHK. While the location in North West Ahmedabad is promising, the proximity to SGVP International School (1.86 KM) and KD Hospital (6.29 KM) is a practical benefit. The only slight worry is the long construction period ending December 2029.
