I bought a 3 BHK unit of 1881 Sq.ft at Arise Western as an investment. The area near Ognaj is seeing good growth, and the proximity to S. G. Highway and Sardar Patel Ring Road is a definite plus for rental potential. The project by Arise Group was ready to move, which is always a good sign. The price range of 1.39 Crore to 1.76 Crore seemed competitive for the area when it was launched. It has standard amenities like car parking and rainwater harvesting. While it's an older project (completed 2015), the demand in Ahmedabad makes it a decent buy.

The price point of around 1.76 Crore for the larger unit was acceptable given the location and build quality.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Arise Western in Ognaj, near Sola Bhagwat, seemed like a good fit. I bought a 3 BHK flat, around 2100 Sq.ft. The Vastu compliant design was important to me. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel very green and calm. It's nice to have a library and a badminton court within the complex. The flat is ready to move in. The construction by Arise Group looks quite sturdy. The price was on the higher side, about 1.60 Crore, but for the quality and environment, I felt it was justified for my retirement.

We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Arise Western a few weeks ago. The size is good, our flat is 1881 Sq.ft and there is plenty of space for the kids. Nest Public School is only nearby which is very convenient for us. The complex has a swimming pool and a gymnasium which we are already using. Peaceful surroundings is also a big plus. The only thing is the traffic on S. G. Highway can get a bit much during peak hou, but that's common for Ahmedabad. Overall, we are happy with the decision and the builder, Arise Group, seems to have delivered a solid product.
