Got a flat in Royal Sheridan Avenue. It's ready to move, which was a priority for me. Being a government employee, stability and timely possession are important. The location in Tolichowki, West Hyderabad is decent, and it's good that it's close to Rainbow Children's Hospital and Banjara Hills. My office commute is manageable, about 30 minutes. The main concern is the traffic around Tolichowki, especially during peak hou, it can get quite congested. However, the Jubilee Hills Check Post Metro Station is about 7 kilometeaway, which offean alternative. The building itself seems okay, but I haven't seen the amenities yet. Royal Home Constructions seems to have delivered.
