    Moving into Royal Rajkiron was a smooth process as it is ready to move. The 24x7 security is very important for me. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply. The apartment is functional and located in Selimpur, which is a well-established area. It is nice that South Point High School is nearby for families. The closest metro station, Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, is nearby, which is manageable. The power backup is a great feature to have. One thing I noticed is that the rooms feel a bit compact, but for a single peon, it works out fine. Royal Sheltehas provided basic but necessary facilities.
