    I purchased a 2 BHK flat of 1165 square feet at Royal Prestige, Koradi Road. The budget was around 29.13 Lakh. As a chartered accountant, I analyze investments carefully. This property by PRESTIGE DEVLOPEOPEPEES seemed like a sound investment due to its location and the developer's reputation. The fact that it's ready to move in means no waiting period for rental income. The project was completed in October 2013. While the price is a bit firm, the carpet area is substantial. I would have liked to see the OC received, but given the age of the project, it should be fine.
