We finally moved into our home at Royal Iris a few weeks ago. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief for us. The location in Kolar, Kumbarahalli is a bit far from the main city but the developer, B R Lakshmi, mentioned the area is developing. We are hoping the roads improve soon as the current access road can get quite dusty, especially during dry weather. The children's play area is decent, and my kids seem to like it. We chose this project because it was ready and we didn't want to wait anymore. The main concern right now is the travel time to the city center for my husband's work, it takes almost an hour.
