We chose Royal Chaitanya Heights because of its location near St. XavieHigh School, which is only 0.24 kilometeaway. This makes the morning school run much easier. The project by Megha Rajesh Tomar offe3 BHK apartments with carpet areas between 889 and 981 square feet. The presence of 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant are essential for family living. While the project is under construction, the promised completion by December 2029 gives us enough time. The area does get quite busy during peak hou, and the traffic on Hingna Road can be slow.

The project is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2029. I appreciate the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting among the listed amenities. The main road access could be a bit better though; you do have to navigate through some smaller lanes to reach the site itself.
