I bought this flat in Royal Castle for my parents who are living in Chennai. Oyester Homes Chennai Pvt Ltd completed this project a while ago, November 2012. The location in Kolapakkam, Ramchandra Nagar is quiet and has basic facilities nearby like Annai Grace Hospital which is nearby. They offer 2 BHK flats with carpet areas of 540 Sq.ft and 745 Sq.ft. The price starting at 29.8 Lakh was within my budget for this purpose. Security guards are present, which gives me peace of mind. The earthquake resistant structure was a key feature for me. My parents mentioned the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots can be a bit botheome sometimes, but overall they are happy.

It's located in Kolapakkam, which is reasonably close to IT corridoOyester Homes Chennai Pvt Ltd delivered this project back in 2012. The price starting from 29.8 Lakh felt manageable for us. The covered car parking is definitely a plus point. We liked the idea of earthquake resistant structure too. The only small issue is the traffic on Pallavaram Road during peak hou, it can get a bit slow. But overall, it’s a decent option for young professionals.

The location near Pallavaram Road is convenient for commuting. The free 3G connection amenity is a bit dated now, but the security guards are present 24/7. The landscaped arena provides a nice green space. Our main concern is the lack of OC received information, which makes us a little hesitant about future legalities, even though it's an older project. Still, it feels like a decent purchase.
