I appreciate the presence of a gymnasium and the rainwater harvesting system. The location is okay, not too far from the airport metro station, about 3.72 kilometeHowever, the building is quite old, from 2013, and the lack of an OC is a significant issue for me. The maintenance charges also seem a bit high compared to other projects in the area. Overall, it's an okay investment, but I have some reservations.
