The developer, Thiru S Govindasamy, has provided many facilities like 24x7 Water Supply and Solid Waste Management. The jogging track is perfect for my morning walks. It's ready to move in, which saved a lot of hassle. The hospital Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital is very close, only a minute away, which gives me peace of mind. The street lighting is also good. I am considering buying a plot here to build a small, comfortable home.

The developer, Thiru S Govindasamy, offegood basic amenities like Car Parking and Rain water Harvesting. The Annur location is quieter, which we prefer. We are planning to build a small house. The Children's Play Area is a good addition for when our relatives visit with their kids. It's ready to move in. The downside is the dust on the main road leading to the project, especially during construction phases if any new development starts. Overall, it’s a decent buy.

The Children's Play Area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. Being ready to move in was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The location is decent, with easy access to Kamanaikenpalayam-Annur Road. My only reservation is that the parking spaces seem a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Still, it’s a good community.
