The developer, Thiru S Govindasamy, has provided many facilities like 24x7 Water Supply and Solid Waste Management. The jogging track is perfect for my morning walks. It's ready to move in, which saved a lot of hassle. The hospital Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital is very close, only a minute away, which gives me peace of mind. The street lighting is also good. I am considering buying a plot here to build a small, comfortable home.
